This was a really fun project to work on. A fella right here in Kansas City, KS, David Rhodes, has some hives and some glorious honey that I just can't get enough of. Just typing this up makes me crave some right now. You should check it out when it becomes available.
The logo element by itself without the beautiful, natural, local honey. This will be a clear label to go on the honey jars. It also serves as the primary mark of Good Rhodes KC Honey.
This is the hand-drawn bee element that I created for the logo. It took quite a while to get this to something that I was happy with. Everything up tp this looked too cutesy or too buggy. I am really happy with the final product though.
These are the type elements separated out to serve as a simple lettermark.
The clear labels came in and I couldn't be more excited! These bad boys are ready to be slapped onto some honey bottles.
